On March 7th, we took Brystol to the cardiologist for a follow up. She was seen in the NICU by the cardiologist and they found a slight heart murmer. At that time they decided no treatment was necessary and that it would heal on its own. At this appointment it had closed a little more, but it is still not fully closed. We go back in 6 months for another check. The doctor was confident that in that amount of time the murmer would be fully closed.
On March 10th, Brystol had another check with her pediatrician and all is well. She weighed 7lbs 8oz and was 20 and a half inches long. She's growing!
